• N8N Workflow: The data you submit is securely sent via a Netlify serverless function to our personal n8n workflow for automated processing and organization of RSVPs. This workflow is managed by James and is not publicly accessible.
• Postal Services: Your postal address will be used for mailing your physical invitation via standard postal services.
• Google Sheets:for guest list management

6. Data Storage and Security

The information you submit through the form is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. It is then processed by a secure Netlify serverless function, which forwards it to our n8n workflow. Once received by n8n, it is stored in a Google Sheet. We take reasonable steps to protect the information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of the wedding planning process and to send out the physical invitations. Once the wedding has passed and invitations have been sent, we will delete the data within 6 months.
